Super Moons and Thinning Veils

This weekend marks the fourth of the six Super Moons of 2015.  The first three were the new moons of January, February and March, and the last three will be the full moons of August, September and October.  Every year we have 4-6 super moons.  A super moon is defined by being closest to us in its orbit of the earth during the full or new moon.

The moon carries a strong pull on all living things, and humans being somewhere between 50-75% fluid definitely feel the change.  Like the tides of the oceans, our emotions can change during the full moon.  Saturday’s full moon is in Pisces, pulling the past forward.  We may feel extra nostalgic, maybe a bit weepy, and might want to go back in our lives instead of forwards.  If you decide to rekindle a relationship with an ex during this full moon, it may not last.  You will finish whatever karma is hanging around, but once that’s done, the relationship will once again end.  This isn’t only for romantic relationships; but encompasses friendships and business partnerships as well.  People from your past may reappear.  Past life memory may be stronger during this full moon.

Along with three months of super full moons, we have the thinning veil.  When the veil between heaven and earth (or our dimension and the spiritual dimension) thins each year, we have more spiritual experiences. Generally the veil thins sometime between August and the beginning of November. More people see, hear or feel ghosts around them.  There may be more orbs in photographs.  It’s a time when souls easily enter and exit our plane of existence. 

Many people will describe seeing something out of the corner of their eye.  Some will see a ghost plain as day, blink, and the ghost is gone.  Many hear more songs on the radio that make them think of a deceased loved one.  One of my friend’s parents use a popular Neil Diamond song to get her attention. (I say parents because hers travel together.  I’ve never seen one without the other.)   It’s when the song is not so popular you know it’s a message.  If I hear King of the Road, I know for sure my dad is close by.  Ramblin’ Rose is my Pop.  It’s very rare to hear these songs at all, so when they are on the radio, I know it’s time to pay attention and determine what message my ancestors have for me. 

It’s very interesting the way ghosts will show up.  If someone has a message for you through me, the ghost will appear to me in a way you will understand who they are.  For example, a brother may show up with fishing gear, a dad in his favorite flannel, your boss in a suit.  One person’s mom showed up in a housecoat holding a pocketbook in front of her.  I thought that was odd, but when described, the person knew immediately who the ghost was.  While Jeremy was visiting last week, he told me there was a woman, about 5’2, grey hair and horn rimmed glasses who is helping and guiding me.  I was like, What?  Both my grandmas were tall and my aunt would never show up with grey hair.  Then I realized it was Alice.  Haha, it’s just like her to come in with something humorous.  I do feel her around every so often, and was happy to hear she still liked to hang out.

Sometimes you don’t see or hear, but “feel” or “sense” the ghosts around you when the veil is thin.  The messages are almost always the same:  you are loved, you are not alone, we are here to help. 

While the veil is thin, many will be more attuned to messages.  Just yesterday a realtor told me a story of how she had the strongest urge to turn her car around while on her way to show a home.  She called her clients and asked them to meet her at a different location than previously planned.  What’s interesting about this story is that the realtor is a real thinker.  She weighs and measures every message she receives, but this time she just went with the overwhelming push to change things around. Sure enough, the clients loved the location as well as the home and a deal was made.

Many believe the veil between worlds is thinner than ever before, hence the great spiritual awakening the earth is experiencing.  Now is a time when we can all access the other side, connect with our higher selves, guides, and angels more quickly than any other era.  It’s also a time to be more responsible with accessing that which lies beyond the veil.  Grounding yourself is extremely important.  Pulling white light before and after to keep your energy strong and clear helps. 

To sum it all up – super moons and a thinning veil bring us closer to our emotional and spiritual selves.  It’s a great time to meditate, pay attention to your signs, and keep your attitude of gratitude strong.  Messages from the other side will be flowing regularly, and it is a very good time to have a consult with a trusted medium if you feel the need to do so.  Keep fear at bay if you hear, see or sense something unusual.  It will all slow down by Nov. 3^rd when the veil thickens and the super moons are done.

This full moon the angels ask us to make amends in our hearts or in person with our soul mates.  Share love, forgiveness, and compassion to help ease and release karma.  This pertains to soul mates around us in the present and those from the past. Examine your common reaction and its effect on the other person.  Are you lifting both of you up with every interaction?  If not, the angels suggest working on change within yourself to help all of your personal interactions bring positive and uplifting vibrations to all involved, even during tough conversations.

As we enter this new to full moon stage, it seems quite a few doors have closed for many.  That vibration continues as the new moon brings the openings to the new beginnings to complete the cycle.  Some things may take the entire month to cycle through, especially with that full moon on the 31^st. 

During this new to full moon phase the angels ask us to be open to learning new things and sharing our already acquired wisdom.  They remind us that when we support others, we support ourselves.

The Vortex in the Woods

Across the street from where I live there is about a ¼ mile stretch of road that leads into a development.  On either side of the road are wooded areas for that ¼ mile.  These woods stretch across for a ways, and the wooded area on the right side has a vortex in it.  I am not sure what purpose the vortex serves, and why it is open on some days and closed on others, but I know it is there. 

During the winter it is really easy to see when the vortex is open.  It reminds me of something out of a Terry Brooks Shanara book, the area will be all sorts of misty rising straight up and obscuring your view deeper into the woods. It is so odd, because on the days when it is closed every branch of every tree or shrub is very pronounced.  You can see through the forest to the other side, where there is a home or building.  When the vortex is open, the area is just grey, the edges of the sleeping trees not so clear.  You cannot see the area where the building is.  In the summer it is not so easy to see because of all the foliage, but when it is closed you can see through to the other side of the wooded area in some spots.  When it is open, all you see is a forest.  In the summer it’s not all misty like in the winter, but the woods are nowhere near as sharp to the sight as they are when it is closed. 

The vortex area is fairly large, maybe 40 or 50 feet wide.  I can’t tell how deep it is because when it is open the area looks like it goes on forever.  In my mind, it seems to be circular.

The wooded area on the left walking from my house doesn’t have a vortex.  Every day I look and it is just plain old woods, stretching deep to the left. 

Perhaps I am using the wrong word here, and it’s not a vortex.  But like a hurricane or a tornado is a vortex. They are not constants, they form and un-form.  I am not sure it’s a magical occurrence but it is a mystical one.  Maybe it’s a portal.  I haven’t been brave enough to just walk into the woods up to the area yet.  Maybe next winter I will enter the area.  In the summer there are too many bugs and ticks in the area for me to just dive on into the woods.  There are no paths through the wooded area either.  A little bit on the outskirts where the deer make their way to the clearing, but nothing that seems to go any deeper than a couple of feet. 

I haven’t noticed any particular goings on when the vortex is open.  It’s not more silent or more noisy, the birds are still chirping and the chipmunks are still running around.  I haven’t seen any UFOs when it is open, but I will keep my eyes out for intergalactic beings.  Yesterday I did see two beautiful baby fawn.  I have noticed that when the deer run back into the forest on the right side, they do not go near the vortex area. 

I am going to try and remember to bring my phone with me when I walk Charlie over there so maybe I can get a picture of this phenomena.  I am also going to start charting when it is open and when it is closed and see if there are any patterns.

July begins and ends with a full moon!  That is quite unusual.  It’s a great month to make significant progress on your path.  The angels ask us all to remember we are our own best psychics, but when the moon makes things too emotional, to speak with a trusted advisor.  This is a month when many doors can close, which often leads to new choices.  The angels remind us that we all always have a choice.

The angels have given a key word for each sign for the entire month of July because of the full moons.  Focusing your energy on the area mentioned will help forward movement in all areas of your life.

Aries –

Keyword – Ideas – July will help clarify which ideas to run with and which ideas to release.

Keyword – Research – Gather all information before making any decisions.

You have a plan, Taurus, and you have been working on it secretly.  Your path is set, and victory awaits.  St. Michael clears all obstacles as well as protects you from unexpected affronts.  Keeping thoughts, words and deeds aligned opens more doors than you expected.

This full to new moon phase may have you examining what is truly important to you and where balance can be maintained.  It’s a time of winning over your temptations and no surprises there as the sun gets ready to enter your sign later in the month, making you stronger than usual.  Haniel helps pull in large and small victories through the new moon.

Keyword – Success – July is the month when your visualization creates positive results.

This full moon can’t stop you, Scorp, as you enter a time of success and pleasure.  All the angels are helping so ask often.  If you are thinking of expanding, now is the time to get started!  You will be in the right place at the right time for all types of opportunities.

Sagittarius –

Keyword – Heal – Your positive energy helps others as well as yourself.

Blessings are all around during this full to new moon phase, Sag.  Family helps and fun times are had by all.  Masters, such as Buddha, whisper in your ear throughout the next couple of weeks, answering all your questions.  A female may need more of your attention than you anticipated. 

Capricorn –

Keyword – Give Back – volunteering or sharing can relieve stress by taking your mind off your personal worries.

You may need to watch your spending, Cap, to stave off coming up short.  Even if funds deplete they are quickly replaced, but the angles advise the stress of financial worries need not even occur.  Good times with family are highlighted and the Shekina leads you to prosperous opportunities. 

Aquarius 

Keyword – Communication – Awareness of what you say and how you say it can save relationships.

The first July full moon continues with the vibrations of the past new moon, and you are becoming a master at self-control.  Leadership opportunities may present themselves at this time.  You may focus on creating the perfect work/home life balance.  Your guidance is well appreciated by others.  Ratziel ups your wisdom quota.

Pisces – 

Keyword – Manifestation – Throughout July you can practically make a wish and watch it happen.  The key is paying attention to what you are saying and manifesting.

New Moon AngelScopes™ June 16, 2015

Welcome, Summer Solstice

This new moon the angels ask us to trust in them.  They remind us that coincidences are usually the result of their behind the scenes work and they would love to do more of that work.  Mercury went direct last week, so you can trust your hunches once again. 

This new to full moon phase includes the Summer Solstice, a major healing day on June 21.  Here are two simple yet very effective healing exercises.  If you can be near water, put your toes in the water, or stand on a dock above the water.  Ask that all your negativity be released, leaving your body from head to toe, entering the water where it is transmuted into love and light.  If you can’t be near water, outside standing on the earth works, too.  The ground will transmute your energy to love and light.  A second exercise is to imagine a brilliant bright sun over top of you.  A beam comes down and fills you as if you are hollow.  The light flows and fills you until you are so full that the light emanates from your pores.  See the light continue to flow to you and from you, covering everything and everyone around you.  While doing this you may think of people who need healing.  Or just send it out with the intention of reaching all who may need it.  End with a beam of that sun coming down and surrounding/cocooning you.  This should take no more than five minutes.

Aries – The angels are working hard to remove worry and fear from your daily life.  They ask you to release your worries by turning them over to the angels for help, then forget about it and go about your business.  You are going to see significant change over the next couple of weeks and your fear can slow progress.  Trust in St. Raphael and St. Michael, the archangels, as they send armies of angels to your side to help in all you do.  Mid July holds sweet surprises.
